Sanded plexi works

These works were made through the 2000s. They were made by transferring inkjet prints (sometimes dozens of them) to the back of prepared plexiglas. These works were very labor intensive to make and show the process. You can see grid makes where the prints were adhered to the back. The front surfaces of these works were all sanded to an even matte so that they have a foggy, ethereal quality to them.
